Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms exceeded our expectations with stunning views over the harbor, although some noise from nearby establishments could be heard. The service was exceptional, especially from Mary who took care of our room. The location was perfect for exploring Chania, although a bit tricky to find initially. The dining experience was enjoyable with lovely Sicilian cunzato bread delivered to our room. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our comfortable stay.
The hotel has some ups and downs. The rooms were a bit basic and small compared to others in the same price range, but they looked like the pictures without the canopies, which was good for me due to my dust allergies. The furniture looked tired with some stains. The service was very friendly and helpful, although sometimes they entered the room without notice. The location was perfect for exploring the old part of the city, with some noise at night. The dining experience was brought to our room, offering fantastic views of the harbor. The facilities were adequate.
